Implementation Case Study: In Tandem [PDF]
In Tandem was used in Grades K–3 for the 2023–24 school year in a rural elementary school in Georgia. Student progress was measured by NWEA MAP assessment scores in Fall, Winter, and Spring for grades K–2. Data was also collected from an interview with the district’s literacy coach and post-year surveys completed by 21 teachers.
Implementation Case Study: In Tandem (First Grade) [PDF]
During the 2023–2024 school year, a first grade teacher in a large school district in Florida implemented In Tandem with her students for the first time. In this case study, In Tandem was implemented for a full school year in a first grade classroom with 19 students, including four students with disabilities.
Implementation Pilot Study: In Tandem [PDF]
During the 2022–2023 school year, Mackenzie Gallace, a kindergarten teacher in a large school district in Pinellas County, Florida, piloted the In Tandem literacy program during its development stage. The In Tandem lessons were given to 20 kindergarten students three or more times per week.
